It shows Joe Biden talking. What he says is "Mark my words, it will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama. I guarantee you, it will happen". When that is being said, the music is dreary and sounds like something that should be in a horror movie. Then, John McCain comes onto the TV ad and tells you it doesn't have to happen and by that he means: you should vote for him. This ad was approved by John McCain and paid for by The Republic National Committee(http://www.gop.org/) and authorized by McCain-Palin 2008.
These are nation wide symbols of the democrat and republican party. The elephant symbol represents the rebulplican party and the donkey represents the democrat party.
